At Westminster Bookstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailing box, ensuring all original designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
